Skógafoss

Skógafoss is a 200ft high and 82ft wide waterfall in southern Iceland just south of Eyjafjallajökull (volcano). According to legend, the first Viking settler in the area, Þrasi Þórólfsson, buried a treasure in a cave behind the waterfall.


  Svartifoss

Svartifoss (or Black falls) is a waterfall in Vatnajökull National Park in Iceland. Named after the dark lava columns surrounding the waterfall.

This waterfall is located in the Eldgjá valley. It used to have a natural stone arch bridge but it colapsed.

Gullfoss means "Golden Waterfall" located in the canyon of the Hvítá river in southwest Iceland


 Háifoss
 The river Fossá, a tributary of Þjórsá, drops here from a height of 400ft
