my name is Chris....

And I'm a pretty famous photographer (well the most famous photographer on this web site anyway) Some of these photos are also proof that I do own and on rare occassions wear pants... And I guess iF you don't know me that sounds weird...

-I'm also an aspiring shorts model....

....just so you know

-and no this is not an Iceland photo, but it's my site and I can do what I want...

I color coordinate very well with Icebergs

in Iceland...

Me in action!!! Photo courtesy of my friend Siggi Stefnisson who had his photo of the 2010 Eyjafjallajökull volcanic eruption as 1 of the top 100 National Geographic photos of ALL TIME!!! But I think photos with me in them are better, just saying, especially here

at Eldgjá

One of the most peacful places on earth, here

at Langisjór

Really cool red shoeslaces don't ya think? I wore them specially for my visit here to Fjallsárlón

Apparently it is very green this time of year in Iceland, in this area

near Mýrdalsjökull

To avoid traffic in Iceland we took the northen route around
Mýrdalsjökull

I'm wearing my snow camouflage, so you probably can't see me in this photo
in Landmannalaugar

But what iF I stand closer to the camera,
can you see me now?
This is how we roll in Iceland, at a river crossing
in Landmannalaugar

And this is how the locals do it, can you say
Flugbjörgunarsveitin Hellu?

If you can tear your eyes away from that handsome guy in the foreground there's an amazing canyon in the background here

called Fjaðrárgljúfur

That's me way over on the top left side (blue dot) taking a photo of Fjaðrárgljúfur

I just hope I don't fall off!!!

This is quite literally the road to Hell! No really, it is, no joke, this eventually leads you to the entrace to hell know
as Hekla

Now driving out and away from the entrace to Hell, I wonder if there's a starbucks around the corner here
at Rauðaskál

Who says you can't take a cool photo out of a dirty truck window while off-roading through the snow here
in Landmannalaugar

This is a photo of me taking a photo,
in Landmannalaugar of a lake called
Frostastaðavatn

Looks Cold doesn't it, sunset at

Landmannalaugar

Which button do I push again?
